The Graduate Certificate in Worship Leadership provides practical, competency-based equipping opportunities grounded in robust theology for worship leaders seeking to serve their churches in a more significant way. Students will study both theology and worship leadership. Each student will select specific areas of study in congregational song, conducting, vocal ensemble leadership, worship ministry administration, or technology in worship to advance their expertise.
All credits earned in the certificate are transferable into the M.A.W.L., M.M.W.L., or M.Div.W.L. degrees.
Entrance Requirement
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Method of Study
The Graduate Certificate in Worship Leadership is offered as a fully online program. Online courses are offered in eight-week, asynchronous intensives throughout the year (Fall A, Fall B, Spring A, Spring B, Summer A, Summer B).
Time Limit
The Graduate Certificate in Worship Leadership can be completed within a year. The degree must be completed within a period of five years from the time of admission.
